General
MOSS-6 reserve the right to refuse sale of goods.

Our invoices are issued in Euros and Dollar and Dirham 

 

Irish Laws
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish Law. Place of Litigation is the Republic of Ireland.

These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the customer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Laws.

 

Payment
We accept all major credit cards.

We do not carry out an order without having received payment by the person ordering.

Time of payment: We will charge the credit card on receipt of the order either manually, or if the order is placed online, immediately through Realex.

Our website checkout is a secure website. No credit card details will be saved online.

 

Availability
Delivery of products on offer subject to availability.

 

Delivery
Deliveries to destinations in Ireland and Northern Ireland are executed by Nightline. For all other destinations we use UPS.

Dispatch days are every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday except for bank holidays. The courier services will not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and national/local holidays. 

Delivery periods are within 4-8 DAYS  within the island of Ireland, the United Kingdom and most European countries. Deliveries to Switzerland, the USA and Canada usually take 4-6 days

 We deliver to most countries worldwide, but shipments to some countries can prove difficult due to customs regulations and remoteness of areas. We have experienced problems with deliveries to Canada, so shipments to Canada would be at the customer's own risk.

Shipments may be subject to local custom inspections which may incur charges and delays. These are outside our control. Local taxes and duties are to be paid by the recipient. The MOSS-6 cannot be held responsible for any delays in overseas deliveries due to collection of these duties and taxes, or delay at Customs.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to local holidays at the destinations. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the scheduled delivery date does not fall on a holiday, and that the delivery is not delayed by holidays during the delivery period.

Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address, wrong or missing phone number). Either way, MOSS will not be able to accept responsibility nor give refunds/replacement orders.

During the pre-Christmas period, standard delivery times are affected, and we cannot guarantee a delivery on exactly the dates requested.

If the courier service cannot reach anybody at the delivery address stipulated in the order, the driver is not obliged to make extensive inquiries and arrangements to deliver.

The delivery charges are automatically added to the costs of the products as part of the process of submitting the order online. The delivery charges can be seen before proceeding to the checkout under “Shipping” on our website.

For international deliveries: Wherever possible, we will have an automated email sent out by UPS with a tracking number on the day of dispatch that enables the customer to follow the progress of the shipment.

 

Value Added Tax (VAT)
The VAT is included in the prices if at all applicable.

 

Cancellation of orders
Orders can be cancelled in writing (by email, fax, letter) up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date. Once the goods have been dispatched, a cancellation of the orders and a refund is not possible anymore due to the perishable nature of the goods.

 

Faulty or Damaged goods
Should the goods delivered be either faulty, damaged or the wrong ones, we will either refund or re-send the (correct) goods. The complaint has to be lodged with us within 5 working days.

 

Data Protection
Our database is strictly confidential to the business purposes of  MOSS-6. Any data given by the customer will not be shared and only used to process orders. Credit card details are not stored online, so no unauthorised person can gain access to them.

 

Force Majeure
We assure the customers that we will do our best to meet their requirements. Due to unforeseen circumstances, however, variations or cancellations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, war, bad weather conditions, strike actions, labour dispute, fire, floods or other causes beyond the control of  MOSS-6.
